How EXA supports your project

Selection & planning

Review user counts, mailbox sizes and the controls needed to select a Workspace edition.

Configuration & integration

Verify the domain, configure accounts and groups, and agree a migration and cutover plan where required.

Validation & support

Test mail delivery, file sharing and account access, with local troubleshooting and vendor coordination.

The proposal identifies the product or subscription supplier, EXA’s implementation tasks and the support responsibilities. Subscription charges, project work and ongoing support are scoped separately.

Questions before you start

Can we keep our company email domain?

Yes. Workspace supports custom business domains. Domain ownership, DNS access and the current mail configuration need to be reviewed before switching mail delivery.

Can EXA help move existing email?

Migration can be included after reviewing the source platform, mailbox sizes, shared calendars and required cutover window. The proposal identifies what will be moved and how it will be checked.

What determines the subscription quote?

The selected edition, user count and subscription term determine the subscription requirements. Setup, migration and support are scoped separately so the quote reflects the work you need.

What should the subscription and billing proposal specify?

For Google Workspace, confirm the subscription seller, account ownership, currency, applicable taxes, renewal terms and support contact in the quotation. EXA’s setup, migration or configuration work should be identified separately, so product access and delivery responsibilities are clear before purchase.
