The proposal identifies the product or subscription supplier, EXA’s implementation tasks and the support responsibilities. Subscription charges, project work and ongoing support are scoped separately.
Backup preserves data; recovery planning also considers how applications restart, what they depend on and how restoration is tested. The proposed scope should address both the data and the operating environment.
For Cyber Protect Cloud, the customer tenant is assigned a location and storage available through the service provider. Confirm the actual country, storage destination, retention and recovery arrangement in the proposal. A Saudi customer address does not establish that the backup destination is in Saudi Arabia.
Protected workload counts, data capacity, retention, selected protection features and recovery services affect the scope. The quotation separates product requirements from setup and support work.
The platform name alone does not define who operates the service. EXA’s proposed work can cover selection, setup and technical support. The proposal must identify the operating provider, monitoring duties, recovery tasks and support hours before any ongoing managed service is agreed.
